Orgwide is excited to be a part of the 6th Edition Chief Learning Officer Exchange! This select group of senior-level learning and development executives will gather to network, benchmark and discuss their collective challenges this August 14-16 in the beautiful windy city of Chicago, Illinois.

The Chief Learning Officer Exchange is a conference like no other. It is a three-day event where true collaboration and temporary solidarity takes place.   • Carra Simmons, Vice President of Learning & Development of State Farm will draw upon her experience to discuss ways to improve customer experience, increase efficiency, increase proficiency, and reduce costs through implementation of knowledge management in her Day 2 session, Meeting Enterprise Needs Through Knowledge Management.

  • Sr. Britt Andreatta, Senior Learning Consultant for Talent Development and Leadership for LinkedIn, will inspire the audience to leverage neuroscience to create a “growth mindset” culture to achieve organizational goals in her Day 3 session, The Neuroscience of Talent Development.
