ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND DRAWING ARE LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS.

During the Promotion Period, visit www.orgwide.com and fill out a contact form. Follow the online instructions for entry. Entries received via the Internet (no matter method of entry) must be received between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the first day of the Promotion Period and 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the Promotion Period as determined by Sponsor's computer. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Employees and household members of Sponsor, its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, affiliates and retailers are not eligible. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No other method of entry or participation is valid. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.
DRAWING: One winner will be selected from among all valid entries received via online submission. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor within 15 days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail.
PRIZES: ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER (1): One winner will receive a Kindle Fire (Actual Retail Value of Grand Prize is $199.00). Total Actual Retail Value of all Grand Prizes is $199.00. ALL PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED PROVIDED SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF QUALIFYING ENTRIES ARE RECEIVED. Odds of winning any Grand Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Taxes, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility. Each Grand Prize winner is required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. To receive the prize, all documents must be returned within ten (10) days of their receipt. If documents are not returned within the time period specified, the entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be randomly chosen. No transfer or assignment of any prize is permitted. By entering this Sweepstakes, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photographs, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of user ID/password or entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.
